It doesnt matter what filesystem you have as long as you are in Real-Mode. My recommendation would be to get a floppy, format it (format a: /s), copy the flash utility (the file with extension .exe) and the BIOS file (the file with extension .bin) to the floppy. Reboot. Make sure your system...
I'm sorry I believe my syntax was wrong and I should have been clearer. Should be:
@echo off
net use z: \\windowsx86\backup64 /user:backup64 e7rUUnz7.strongpasswordhere
xcopy c:\ /h/i/c/k/e/r/y z:\c_drive
xcopy d:\ /h/i/c/k/e/r/y z:\d_drive
xcopy x:\ /h/i/c/k/e/r/y z:\x_drive
net use z...
I read clearly an unclear post and thought that it was confined to one computer that is running XP that cannot browse \\server.

What did program did you use to backup your data in? Did it do the backup in UDF format? If so, did you close the session?
If any of this sounds familiar, please reinstall your data-backup program. Roxio and Nero BackItUp comes to mind here.

First things first:

Just make sure you change your boot priority at time of install of each OS, so that the drive that your install is intended for is first priority. This ensures that windows will install the first priority drive as C:.
After the seperate installs it wont matter as long as you name them...
