Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
My Sabertooth just arrived. Holy cow this thing is beefy. I thought there had to be something else inside the anti-static bag that was making it weigh so much... nope just the board.
Also remember, the Sabertooth 55i was a $200 board until the recent price drop + rebate. So you're getting the high quality pcb and caps of a high end board, for a closeout price because it doesn't have the latest and greatest USB 3.0 and SATA III.
I ordered mine today.
The LP2475W is more of a $$ comparison with the U2410. Maybe in Denmark, where the review was, it's in a different price category, but I'm liking the $200 savings of the ZR24W here in the USA.

Keep in mind right now you can get a brand new one through the end of September for 10% off, so you're looking at new retail of $204 shipped which is probably the more quiet unit compared to what you have.
Yeah, after the outlet catches on fire and burns down the portion of the house that the computer is in... I wouldsay that would damage some computer components pretty badly.
The new PC P&C 510 SLI models have a fan controller that is built for quiet operation. Unless you are running them in a padded white cell, it couldn't be considered noisy. Now if you're running it in an 80 F degree room, the fan will obviously ramp up after playing a game for an hour.

What?? No offense, but that is like something off the TV show Monk. You're talking about badass pure, clean power and quiet operation vs. appearance of something inside a case. I believe the two to be mutually exclusive.
But then again, maybe I you are using how cool the inside of your...
