    Hi i use XPx64, the default automatic fan control in nvidia forceware throttle and increase speeds but only starting at a certain high temps, it is usually at 60%.. Use Rivatuner to monitor the temps and set manual fan control at certain temps

    Thanks for the replies guys.. it looks like it will be a tight thing to do but it seems that the HDD cage (4 HDDs) may need to be removed and replaced with Tt i-Cage 3 HDDs at the top.. That will leave more space.. :)
