    HTPC build with HDMI video card

    You don't need to limit yourself to a card with HDMI out. There are very cheap DVI to HDMI cables on places like Newegg. The DVI end plugs into your normal graphics card, and the HDMI obviously plugs into the TV. It cost me something like $10 for a cable like this.
