Does anyone know of a voice chat program to use for a LAN party that doesn't have internet access? Most of the options I saw required an internet connection. Thanks for the help.

So trying to figure out what to upgrade on this system. I'm thinking of upgrading the heatsink, power supply, add another 8gb of ram, and maybe a solidstate HD. What do you guys think?

Ok so here is my problem.
I get to my room and find my computer off (i usually keep it on).
I attempt to turn it on and just the PSU fan turns on.
I immediately turn it off and then unplug all unessential components.
I tried turning it on again and then green sparks come out the back of...
As in, when one computer is connected to the network, the others get disconnected from the network (not just the internet) and I have to reconnect to the wifi network which drops another one.
