background- selling my rig. tried to put it in customers old dell case, not compatible. [no standoffs for mobo and a ribbon connector for powerbutton and front usb/sound] reassembled dell and it will not start. led in power button just blinks. neither ps fan nor cpu fan come on. no bios...
