Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
When I asked Sapphire about the markings, here's what they told me:
It's a Korean brand, Hyundai.

Here's the markings on the RAM:
HY50U 283222
AF-28 316A
KOR 7L40279A
It actually is Hynix though:

I bought one of these kits (CCB-A4C) for mine and it seems to work well, but I haven't installed the RAM sinks yet:

Anyone ever heard of mixing Arctic Silver and super glue together for an adhesive? I've read the tape is worthless......
Anyone else out there buy a Sapphire 9800 Pro that has Hyundai Memory ?
I'm just curious if anyone else bought one with this memory and what kind of luck they have had overclocking it.
Thanks !
I agree with many of you that the NVidia feature "digital vibrance" was an excellent feature. I moved to a 9800 Pro from a G4 ti-4200 and like the quality of the ATI but it does appear washed out even after tweaking.
Someone needs to make a program to adjust the "vibrance".
:D
I just bought a Radeon 9600XT and have been reading about the temp sensor and overclocking with 4.1 drivers. I think it would be nice to know what temp my vid card is running at but I stayed with the 3.9's because I've read so much BS about the 4.1's being lousy for gaming.
Do the 4.1's...
