Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Yeah, it is. I guess I'm just whining... I'll leave it with this, I think the monitor is very good. Only when you see the nVidia-logo ("the way it''s meant to be played") the backlights reflect clearly.
Close this.
I have a 710T and the backlights are clearly visible when the screen is black. I just went back to the store and they tested it and of course we didn't see nothing (d-sub and DVI). It was OK in the store.
How is this possible? What causes this, that I can see the backlights so clearly? Is it...
But can you play videos fullscreen at 75Hz without the striping? And if so, do you think it's my videocard or is my LCD display not 'perfect'?
The backlight thing maybe be common for European 710T's. Mine is silver btw and European (build in Slovakia).
Btw, I highly recommend this monitor!
I can still see them if I make a fully black slideshow (with Powerpoint). Not super clearly, but they are notable (everyone sees 'em). Am I whining or is this a production fault?
Btw, the stripes are gone after I changed the refreshrate from 75Hz to 60Hz. I think it's normal, since 75Hz...
I bought the 710T today and I have a strange problem. Whenever I play video's fullscreen stripes start to appear all over the screen. Flickering stripes.
Is my videocard to slow? (GeForce Ti4200, 128Mb)
