No, it just randomly happened. It has nothing to do with any bios setting or anything. Something died, randomly. I just need to know if I will still get the machine to POST if the CPU is bad, so I know if it's the motherboard or the CPU.
I've had this box for a while now, and it's worked great. Just the other day I took it to a family friends house, so that I could drop a drive into it and backup some of their stuff before I formatted their drive.
