I just got a WD 74GB Raptor, and i am using a PCI SATA controller. When i went to install windows, i sent me right to BiOS. I put Save and Exit, and then a black screen popped up saying "Turn off power and restart jumpers in normal mode"

i have a VPR Matrix that i bought at best buy around 3 years ago, and this just started a month ago
i have never tried to overclock it, it restarts and gives me an error of "reboot and insert bott disk" whenever i go afk from the pc for about 3 mins or more
