Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I want the nvidia drivers, but they make my comp crash, if I uninstall VGA driver, reboot windows, then windows will find new hardware, I install the nvidia driver, then I got a black screen. If you run the nvidia .exe file, installation is okay, but when i reboot, comp freezes, weird.
Free copy of window xp sp3, video card is gigabye GV-NX96T512H, the windows built in driver works okay. Whenever I tried to install the latest nvidia driver (182.06), computer freezes after restart with the windows xp logo on screen. I can boot into safe mode, uninstall nvidia drivers then my...
I know, there are no leds, there are beep codes, but my case does not have a speaker, it comes with a small speaker replacement which I posted image above, that thing does not work, it's weird I got two of those, but both do not work, I hear no sound darn it.
It's weird a small case speaker replacement that comes with the case does not work, it's just like this one
I connected it, but there are no beeps... I got a couple of these little speakers, none of them work...
Thanks for suggestions, still no luck
tested cmos battery, it's fine 3V, reset it, reset cmos jumper, tested on stick of memory in all 4 slots, nothing, sigh
Set up everything, power on, fans running, but no post, monitor says no signal,
Stripped down to barebones, mobo (onboard video), cpu, memory, monitor, powered on, still fanns running, no signal.
I don't have a case speaker so I don't know the codes, I only have a wireless keyboard, the...
Was gonna pull the trigger on newegg, they stopped selling it, now it's very scarce on the net, any other recommendations? The 2490WUXI is too expensive for me
I have no interest in SLI, I like the DFI cause it has no onboard video, it is so much more expensive than the others, probably not a good value. I guess I can just disable onboard video on P5E-VM, performance should be the same, right? I'd like to run the CPU at stock speed but undervolt as...
I just want an automatic backup.
I am thinking to downgrade to E7200, makes more sense.
The DFI mobo is probably overkill, but I can't find any mATX board without onboard video.
