I just went to order some accessories and am only being given the option of USPS shipping to Australia. If the parts are coming from TW like the actual case did, can we get TW Air as a shipping option?

Yep - I was using the wrong set of screws. The PSU is fine. :rolleyes:

Ok this is awkward - I think I used the "G" screws. They are smaller than the "F" screws, so perhaps the screw hole threads are not stripped after all... I'll check again tonight and confirm.

My SST-SX600-G is from the very first batch that was sent to Australia. I unpacked it for the first time last night, and when I went to install it in my M1 I proceeded to strip the threads on 3 out of the 6 screw holes in the PSU casing. I barely tightened the screws, and they just began to spin...

As long as there are no impurities in the cloth (dirt or other debris), a microfiber cloth is probably your best bet for removing fngerprints. I use one on all my PC and hifi gear.
