2001FP Blotchy Screen Part 2
From my original thread, I was concerned with the backlighting of my new 2001FP (Nov '03). I requested a replacement, received it and proceeded with 3 days of testing. The new 2001FP (Jan'04) still had some backlight issues due to bezel pressure, but it was no worse than the Nov'03 model... -

Thanks for the helpful input.. Just called tech support and they will be sending me a new one. Be careful with these folks. They asked me to shake it "like a polaroid picture" or an Etch-A-Sketch to resolve the backlighting issue. And whether I degaussed it!! I hope the new one arrives in... -

Out of sync 2001FP using DVI-D connection
