CCC display manager and check if the refresh is at 60hz. If it's at 75hz change it to 60hz then select the resolution drop down selection and you should see 1920x1080. Go to DTV and Scaling options and set the slider to 0% overscan.

Upgrade you ram to 2gb, get one with an infineon ce-6/samsung uccc ic on it and oc your cpu to 2.8Ghz-3.0Ghz. That should take care of that card. Hence, upgrading your ram from 1gb to 2gb already gives you a nice boost. Just make sure to run your games at high res w/ full eye candy though:D
Were you running blend test somehow? If you can't pass the 1024fft test, it's ussually your ram timings are too tight or it needs more voltage. Try increasing that voltage, since you've already bump the nb voltage. Next one to try is the vtt. Stay below 1.5V.
