They actually set their sights on Zalman's 9700. But we will have to see how it does. No one knows exact performance results and factory testing (which is not true real life testing) says it beats the 9700. I call BS though.
There's another cooler coming out too but I cant talk about that one... According to tests by Thermaltake, it's better that the Typhoon. We'll have to see when it comes out.
Decibels are not a good way of measuring how loud something is but more for sound pressure level. Also, different measuring techniques are used when using decibels. Also, one fan can be loud to one person and not loud to another. So If I think that a particular fan is loud, I would be like...
