Ive used couple of lock down softwares that I can vouch for. One being clean slate and another being reboot restore rx which is a freeware. they work pretty well for what I wanted to use it for

I would say something is wrong with the power supply.

They are pretty good, I use them all the time. One thing I could ask for would be more Dimms for ram slots thats the only thing I would like changed.

It totally looks like Android now. They couldnt think of something fresh.

Prime95 works great. Great for Cpu and Heat stress. cpuZ is another great one too.

I use a program called reboot restore rx on my kids system. I ran into it when looking for a program alike online and its been working great for me. its actually free so I dont see why not have a look right heres the website from where I got it...

Another one to look at would be a program called Drive vaccine that works pretty good. Also a free version I know of is reboot restore rx just google it.

YEs a Aging power supply can cause the system to shut down , especially when load is being put on it such as running a Game. Have you looked at your motherboard if you have any swollen capacitors as well?
