Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
If you live anywhere need a microcenter they are 999 I think. If you want one I say buy it, you dont always want to be waiting for the next thing, but that said I waited for this model and bought one on release day.
I have a HTPC which I would like to add storage to as needed without buying an expensive RAID card.
I looked into this before and was told there is some sort of fake raid I could do which I could add disks to without reformatting and resetting up the raid every time.
I am not worried...
Thanks I appreciate the help.
Only problem I could see with this is anyone with an admin password can delete it but not a problem if you only have one admin account.
I am trying to make a dmg file un-deleteable while keeping it R/W. Found that I should be able to do this with "chflags sunlnk 'file'.dmg" but I keep getting the error "chflags: invalid flag: sunlnk"
I am rocking 10.6.7. Any suggestions?
Sorry that this is software not [H]
Any drive with the same connector/ form factor should work. I think that means any 1.8 drive with a PATA connection but dont quote me on that.
Plug it into your computer and open itunes and restore to factory default will format ect.
If you decide you want a mac mini I would wait a few. I know if you are always waiting for the next thing you will never get anything but they should come out in the next 2 months or so and I think the wait will be worth the i series. But they may also just use intels graphics... but I think it...
