Comcast guy sd that if we wanted to run two pc's we needed to pay for two IPs.

With the router - neither pc works. :(

I do havea wireless linksys router too. let me get it out. this should take about 30 secs.

It will say conected - then network cable is unpluged - and change often. I have my cable modem plugged into my hub, and both pc's pluged into the hub. One pc works - mine does not.

The linksys does work with my old PC, and still works for my GF's pc. Actualy the "network cable is uppluged" is blinking now...Any help

I got a new PC and now I cannot get mine and my GF's PC to access the internet at the same time. I have my two pcs, and linksys hub and a cable modem. My GF's PC internet conection works fine if it is pluged directly into the modem or into the hub. My PC's internet conection works...

I know its not the cable because it works fine when its pluged directly into the modem. I have also tried different ports on the router, and that does not help. As for the game loading, both games load fine with the no cd hack. But what is firm ware and is that a hard thing to mess with?
