    Your CPU isn't TOO bad - it's pretty much the same as an E6300. Your best bet would be a 5770 which is exactly in your price range and won't bottleneck your CPU in a noticeable way.

    I'd say the XFX card looks like your best bet due to the nice warranty and the fact that it will ship right to you. Wouldn't recommend the MSI card since having the ability to overclock is useless to you (based on your low gaming needs) -> that extra premium is wasted money.
