    when i put my plexi in i used goop you can get it a craft stores and i think wal-mart sells it, it is like the duct tape of glue it is my best friend.

    i agree with Shmuckety the only thing i would add is extra patience and when cutting take your time and you should be good. i would try a jigsaw with a really good blade unless you are going to get fancy with your window then a dremel all the way.
