The following is a simulation of what I am experiencing. It is VERY close to the actual effect. Unfortunately the effect cannot be captured in a screenshot. A digital camera taking a pic of the monitor screen might do it, but... this is close enough to demonstrate.

I originally thought this was an issue with the LCD's anti-glare coating, but it is something much more bizarre.
Basically, if I use some monospaced "system" fonts in my IRC or Telnet windows (fonts like Fixedsys, Terminal), the font will ghost across the screen. This ghosting is only visible...
Keep us posted. I for one had a lot of uncertainty about getting this monitor and using it with my Verto gf4 ti4600 and DVI. I cancelled my order because of all the problems people are having but I am still curious about compatibility with "older" cards.
