    Dying Light - zombies, 4-player co-op

There is an option for New Game+ with harder zombies and such. As far as getting goods, Kings are scarce and you've got to stack them up.. Then pimp a weapon out and never use it.. LOL

    Have P67 + 2500k want more!

Hmm, I'd pass on the 970 w/the whole ram issue going about. Your 670 SC is fine honestly, and will be for some time. I'm still rocking 7970's and 280X's in all of my PCs. I max every game on the shelf, this includes Dying Light. I vote : Upgrade nothing until Skylake.

G3258 (Pentium Anniversary) no post in an Asus Z87?

Nice, I won't be waiting for skylake - I doubt the performance will be more than 10% improvement and DDR4 is a push..and just awful expensive. I'm sure it'll clock just as well as Broadwell anyways, so for my purposes (gaming) I'll really notice nothing.

Q6600 vs e6750, practical power consumption difference?

The power difference wouldn't be very large, TDP on those two processors isn't vastly different. However, for thumbing around and multitasking (which it sounds like you'll be doing) quadcore will be the way to go. Plus a G0 will hit 3.6Ghz pretty easily with a good aftermarket cooler on a decent...

What are you nerds playing this weekend?

its worth it, after playing Dying light other games look like total crap.

Can't seem to pull the upgrade trigger

Honestly I'd crawl craigslist for someone upgrading from ivy/haswell to X99. Some people drop hardware for pretty cheap that'd be a big upgrade over what you've got. 3770k OC'd (delidded) IMO is where its at as far as best value and performance used at the moment while still being modern. Just...

mATX build for movies and light gaming

I'd go the G3258 route myself, you'll have a far better upgrade path if you choose it down the road and in my opinion better performance esp in games (I use a wireless 360 controller for HTPC gaming). Microcenter usually has chip+board at under 100 dollars for BOTH! I use one in my gaming PC as...

    Battlefield: Hardline

Game feels like it should have been a mod/xpack.. Maybe I'm spoiled by Dying light graphics but damn this game looks like total crap.. the model lighting is..wow terrible.. Played for an hour, and deleted.. this should NOT have the battlefield name either.

    Corsair - You've got a problem

I've done a couple refurbs from the egg, no issues here.. I'd never do a refurb PSU though.

Trying to decide between two kits, suggestions?

Wait $15 to RMA them? When I RMA'd there was no cost involved.. lifetime warranty is on the stick and transfers between any owner..yeah? If this is the case, I'd avoid Mushkin and go with Crucial or Corsair.

G3258 (Pentium Anniversary) no post in an Asus Z87?

I hear you, I have my setup in a Silverstone HTPC case with a Noctua cooler.. not fun. Once you get it up and running though, you'll grow some attachment to the processor.. so cheap and yet so capable. Its been a great placeholder while I wait for Broadwell in my gaming PC, and on HTPC duty I...

    G3258 Screen Tearing in Youtube

Hmm, using on die GPU? I use one of these in an HTPC on Z87 and one on my main using a dedicated videocard.. both are monsters for what they are.

worth it? going from 4770k to 5930k?

Some say they feel the difference... I have doubts there. I couldn't tell the difference between 3930k and 3770k when I swapped.
