Ok, so I've narrowed it down to either Mobo / CPU compatibility and/or Mobo / Memory compatibility (tested PSU and tried replacement video card) Gigabyte lists the CPU on their list, but not the memory. It's only happening under two circumstances: 1. Cold boot 2. Change CMOS settings that results in the computer fully shutting off and then booting. It's strange, it seems that during bootup if the clock speed is shown on post it gets the BSOD. If the clock speed isn't shown, it boots just...- taylort232

I may have it sorted out - it seems to only have BSOD issues the boot after I change any BIOS settings. If I don't change the BIOS settings, I've tested it 10 times in a row with no issues. Anyone else have any issues with the GA-P35-DS3L?- taylort232
