Can anyone recommend a good HD webcam other than Logitech? I've had problems with one of their cams in the past. And although the C920 is highly rated, I've read numerous user reviews where people had problems with it while running Windows 10.
It will be for home use for Skype, streaming...
But the above articles give the impression that changing op-amps isn't going to do anything to improve the sound. I've been using the STX with stock op-amps for the past five years or so. I'm about to move it to a new build and was thinking about playing around wiht the op-amps but now I'm...
Ok, I have to ask. Is the problem I posted about here the same or similar issue with the UEFI Bios?

When researching my problem I've read a number of instances where people don't get a signal but none mentioned the...
Ok, my head is about to explode. I came across various posts on different forums where someone had the same issue where the card didn't work in the x16 slot but did work in the x4 slot. In each case it was never followed up with a solution. Then I read this which kind of blew my mind:
I got...
Yes, I've already tried all of your suggestions. I've read elsewhere that something like this could be caused by a compatibility issue and the solution is usually to update the BIOS. I checked the Gigabyte website though and there are two updates, neither of which address a video card issue.
Ok, I just tried putting the card in the PCI-E x4 slot and it seems to work fine and I even got video output. I then tried putting a different card (a Radeon 6670) in the x16 slot and that too worked. The difference with the second card though is that it's powered by the mobo and not the PSU...
Unfortunately I don't have another system (or at least one that can handle the card). When I get home later I'm going to try plugging the card into another slot to see what happens. I also have a different video card I can try but this one gets its power directly from the mobo.
The extension cable is definitely DOA. I'm not sure yet about the video card. As I mentioned, the fans do spin but for some reason the card appears to causes the system to restart on a continual basis. I read on another forum of someone having a similar problem and upgrading the BIOS supposedly...
I already posted some of the details of this problem in the General Hardware section but I finally pinpointed where the issue is. I just put together a new build and when I turned it on, it wouldn't boot up. The system and cooler fans as well as the video card fans would spin but nothing else...
OK, last post. I tried the cable extension again and it's DOA. I put everything back together, turn it on again and run into the same problem. After trying a few different things I figured out it was the video card after all. I'm not sure why I didn't catch it the first time around.
Ok, I'm not sure what's going on. I didn't get a chance to test it with a different PSU as it isn't available to me yet. However, I disconnected everything except the CPU and cooler and still had the same issue. I thought it might be a grounding problem so I removed the mobo from the case but...
I'm having issue with my new build. Initially, my 8-pin mobo cable wasn't long enough to route through the back using the backplate cutouts, so I connected it using an extension cable. When I started up, nothing happened. My initial thought was that it had something to do with extension, so I...
If you had to pick either the Freezer 7 Pro or the Freezer i11, which one would you choose and why?

On paper, the i11 looks better but it's fairly new and there aren't many reviews on it.
