in developed nations intel would have to prove that the issue you using your warrenty for is directly affected by this. You cannot but a blank exception on product warrenty.

It doesn't helps that people still haven't learned how to use a computer just last week someone put in a ticker to get help with downloading a file.... it was a phishing email and he had handed over his crendentials...

TBH it seems more like OP is beeing abit cray cray. Most of his complaints he is wrong (which Diim socket to use) on and the other are matter of taste or goal point ( radiator in front or top) Reading through the entire post i think OP is just a bit to Whiney about none-issue
