NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

I checked and the fan does spin when the PC powers up, so I guess it the PSU temps are staying under the fan limit.. will run some more CPU and GPU stress test to see if I can get it to spin... my CPU temps are at 58C under x264 stability test and GPU is at 51C under CPU core burner v2 (Furry donut)

for those that have this motherboard.. does it look like the Prolimatech Samuel 17 heatsink will clear the nb/sb heatsink and ram? (i guess by orienting the heatpipes towards the cmos battery) http://www.prolimatech.com/products/cpu_cooler/samuel%2017.html thanks!

    ANTEC ISK 300-65 EC ITX

thanks for the feedback! i may end up going with the 310-150 as i prefer the silver face plate.. and a larger PSU minus the external power adapter for about the same price sounds better..

hi everyone, i am planning to build the following system with this case.. for now, i plan on using it as a pure music player (alac/flac using foobar with optical --> external DAC and AMP for headphones only).. and in the future, possibly upgrading it to a media center by adding a TV tuner...

Where to get Swan monitors in Canada?

i've bought a set of M10's and S2W speakers from theaudioinsider.com, total cost was about $140 + $50 USD shipping to toronto.. then FEDEX/Customs charged me $60 tax/fees/whatever.. should have went with USPS shipping instead.. other than the customs fee everything went well with them

    Deciding between 2 headphones.

$80 for the ad700 is a pretty good deal.. i find the velvet pads + 2 head pads (?) to be very comfortable and it doesn't get too warm after long use spec wise the ad700 has a slightly bigger 5-30kHz vs jvc 7-26kHz, i haven't tried the rx900's but i would suspect that the bass is a bit heavier...
