Turns out the SSD is the culprit. Thanks again for the help.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I checked my temps and they were all good. Looking at the logs...the Application logs were all fine but there were some System log warnings: "Event ID 129 – storachi – Reset to device, DeviceRaidPort0, was issued" warnings,which lined up with the freezing...
My current main rig has been solid for almost 3 years and has started to have issues related to the hard drives in the past 2 weeks. I have 4 hard drives installed on my MSI Z87 Mpower which is powered by a Corsair AX 760.
Kingston 120GB SSD (OS)
Crucial 240GB SSD (games)
Seagate 3TB...
My ISP is Cableone and I am stuck with 300GB monthly caps on my 100Mbs connection for about $60. They are also rolling out gigabit service with a 500GB monthly cap for $200/month...In response to a recent complaint to the FCC, they insisted their data caps were necessary or people would leave...
Not so far. I haven't started cranking on it yet, only having time to play some of The Division..highest temp reached was 65C with 37% fan speed which I didn't notice over the system fans. The temperature upstairs during this time was in the low 80's F if that makes any difference.
Just confirming it fit with no issues...I actually had a little more room than I had anticipated. Here are a couple of pictures for anyone who may be in the same situation in the future.
