    I'm not surprised. Most people want a laptop as cheap as possible and an ssd would make lpatops a bit too expensive at the monment. I have an Asus K53U and I put an SSD in it. Its the first time I ever used an SSD and even though the CPU is extremely weak the SSD improved the laptop a lot.

    The SSD prices are falling as I predicted but still a bit expensive. when its possible to buy a 240GB ssd for €100 it will be time to buy.

    Here in Ireland there is no store that have wheels in games or electronics stores that you can try before you buy. I dont see the big problem there.

    Whats wrong with their distribution? I ordered a GT3 RS V2 today and its with the courier (UPS) already. ETA for delivery according to UPS thursday. The wheel is going from Hamburg Germany to South East Ireland. This is what UPS tracking is telling me

    The prices are slowly getting lower for ssd's. Look at how much a 120GB SSD was this time last year to what the price is now. I would say in two years time the prices of SSD's will start to become reasonable.
