    End's up it was an issue with the OS. I went and deleted the lower filters for the drive and now both DVD drives work. Thanks for everyone's help.

    My setup is very similar to yours <see sig> and I am running a P5Q Deluxe. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY SETUP!... This was also my first build and I have had no issues with it running Vista 64 bit.
