I have it on steam and i am playing right now I bought and downloaded the game today so that might have somethign to do with it. Is it as smooth for you as it is for me? 55-60 fps in prologue at 1080p max settings. First person mode is silky smooth.

This didnt work. My audio is still crashing games. I uninstalled the realtek drivers and allow windows to handle the headphones. I use a tv for gaming and such so I need the hdmi for audio. Does anyone know of a way i can use the soundcard for my tv with maybe audio jacks or something.

You really are not getting it. Paying money to get something better than someone who has spent the same amount of time but payed nothing is the actual definition. It has nothing to do with "winning" its just the unfortunate name the community has decided to give to this type of model.
