    i hope that I didn't fry it....but when I push the power button on the case, all the case fans do come on. It's just that nothing shows up on my screen. Not sure if the CPU fan comes on, but I DID notice that the GPU fan doesn't spin. The green light on my GPU turns on though.

    hey, did you find out the problem yet? i just installed vista and my DS3 is making the high-pitched whine now too. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't. I just unplugged the speaker from the motherboard.

    Thanks for the heads up. I didn't even realize that the D62 doesn't have a DVI port. That's still ok though, I'll probably get a DVI to HDMI wire. Also, do you know if the components on the D62 accept 1080p? Some sites say it does but others say it only goes up to 1080i.
