Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I've also heard that Samsungs die faster than any other brand. But I would buy it if reliability isn't a concern.
The fastest and most reliable drive out is the Seagate 7200.11. But I bought the WD Caviar 500GB also for using it as a data dump cause it's pretty cheap.
Well, all I need is something to add up to 1 TB. Seagate is much faster than Western Digital, so I use the Seagate to boot up Windows and then use the WD as a data dump.
Ah thanks for the suggestions. I'm wondering if I should use 64-bit Vista instead of 32-bit XP now...
So if I don't plan on overclocking, i shouldn't need an after-market cooler? I just want the CPU to be good for 3-4 years.
I would try going to a local retailer (like Best Buy and Circuit City). I like to see if the TV looks nice or not in person. You do not want to rely on an online review.
