Just don't get anything Chinese made ripoff. I own a Chuwi Hi12 which was at one time, their most popular product. When shit hits the fan, and you can bet any Chinese ripoff will eventually crap on you, you will not know what to do. Can't go into bios settings? Check. Can't reinstall by...
I wouldn't entirely count it as Blackberry flunking, although Google might not have thought that Android will turn out as successful as it envisioned it to be. Prior to 2010, when IOS is not that entrenched, plenty of OSes have a shoot at making it if they have played their cards right. We all...
Pretty much this. At this point only a delusional person will believe a new OS will break the duopoly. At best, a new OS will only gain a few percentage point, pretty much like Mac and all variants of Linux. Android and IOS are simply too entrenched.
The only reason why Android was allowed to...
Is your monitor GSync capable? SLI does not support GSync. 30-35 FPS on SLI is unplayable.
To answer OP's qn. I cannot even max out graphic details on 1600p with a 1080Ti on certain games hoping for a 60FPS (e.g. Assassin creed syndicate, WatchDog 2 with certain geometry detail percentage), let...
According to this review,
http://www.babeltechreviews.com/fury-x-vs-gtx-980-ti-revisited-36-games-including-watch-dogs-2/3/
Generally, 1070>980ti>FuryX. The gap between FX and 980ti is bigger than between 1070 and 980ti. I will put a FX as comfortably above a 980 but still lags a 980ti.
I went from a 1080 FE to a 1080Ti Aorus Xtreme. Running on a 1600p screen and I find the upgrade... underwhelming.
I do not see the 35% increment Nvidia taunts about improvement from 1080 to ti (FE to FE I supposed). It's more like 30% on average across the board in my case, which mean, certain...
I have an Aorus Xtreme 1080Ti too. No problem encountered so far.
Running off a 1050w Seasonic PSU that used to run 2 Titan Keplar in SLI
Also, I don't think I need to set to OC mode, even on Gaming mode, the clock will go to 2kMhz on Boost 3.0
How did you guys managed a 5khz 4790k?
About 2 years ago, I upgraded from a 2600k to a 4790k and find overclocking ability on the haswell--- abysmal.
I live in a tropical city so it is pretty much summer all year round, and with a seidon 240, I managed 4.2Ghz stable with Intel burn test max at...
I am also using 2560x1600 30". But I will be waiting until a >=40" 4k Gsync capable monitor is out. I also prefer it to be a Dell premium panel. They are pricey but the next business day warranty for 5 years is well worth it. When my 3 years old u3014 broke down, I got my replacement from Dell...
Ah I see what is meant by "Reverse connector"
To answer OP's question, no, don't think you can use the connector from motherboard, as most likely the power and SAS connector to drive will be joined together. Don't think its possible to plug in both power and SAS separately like in a PC tower case.
Are both the power and SAS connectors to the drive joined as a single piece of connector in that case?
Also, I did not see any "Reverse, motherboard SATA ports to SAS Backplane" connector from your picture.
Hey looking at your picture, it seems there are 4 input non standard SAS connector. Just connect them to the LSI controller and all will be fine, be it SATA or SAS.
