Has anyone ever seen a case fan that changes colors depending on input voltage?
I'd really like something that mimicked the design of the Cosmos fan controller. Blue for low, red and blue for medium and a red color at full 12v.
Do they exist? I swear I saw something like that back in 2004...
I'm not sure if this was answered earlier in the post but there's definitely room for fans up there. I just installed an H110 and what I did was install the fans in a pull configuration inside of the vented area up top and then put the radiator in the "inside" of the case above the motherboard...
I would have bought it instead of paying ~$1,200 on 680 SLI ... But given the performance gap between a $1,000 Titan and the 680 SLI I feel like the extra $200 was justified.... if that was $400 though I certainly would have changed my mind.
I'm with everyone else here on this... Don't get a Physx card unless you're running out of memory on your video cards. I ran into that scenario with a pair of 470s in SLI.
I was playing Alice: Madness Returns with physx on high. I was using all my RAM on the cards for graphics before physx...

This is the only slightly hopeful or useful information I've found. Oh well... I can wait a bit
haha yeah. I wasn't really around for any of that either. Was busy with school and work and then all of the sudden I came back one day and it was completely different... I haven't spent much time on any tech forums recently with the way life has been going. Hectic is a gentle word to describe it.
So I'm looking for a couple new 680's and I'm currently split between

The difference in price isn't a concern. What is a concern is the power...
I had mine at 3ghz for a while and eventually managed 3.4ghz... I'm not giving you details on the overclock because quite frankly they were all bogus. I had a hell of a time with stability at those clocks (probably not cpu or motherboard though, I'm still having stability issues at stock).

Thanks very valuable info!
I've recently changed my strategy and I'm no longer looking at a Dell U2410 for the sides of my U3007, rather I'm going to try and do a pair of U2007's rotated vertically so that the resolution matches... I'm excited to give it a shot and I'm almost 100% positive...
Seriously, pick up a few used GTX 470s, they might run hot but I paid $470 (your target price) overall by getting a brand new one a year ago for $300 then a used one recently for $170...
You could easily get a couple for around $300 - $350 and it won't have any noticeable difference between...
