OK, so currently I have 2 EVGA 8800 GTS 640mb video cards. I have Swiftech Stealth waterblocks on them and the Dual PCI slot adapters are no longer needed.

After reading Maximum PC's How To section this month (Spring 2007) I decided to try the home made connector for the X-Fi Fatal1ty Pro.

I ordered the parts, and it literally took me 5 minutes to do and works great!

I figured it out -
Installing ntune over wrote a file (sysWOW64.exe) from the system file that allowed 32 bit programs and drivers operate on a 64 bit system.
I repaired install files and back to normal.
I still don't think it sounds any better though -
