That's not bad at all. The dumb thing would've been to use your upgrade as soon as possible, rather than waiting for the phone you REALLY want and are willing to spend 2 years with. Now you can enjoy your new phone, and upgrade whenever you feel like it.

I got it on PC and enjoyed it for a little while. You pretty much have to hack everything to make the game play the way it SHOULD play (e.g. you have to edit the .ini file to set the FOV and get port forwarding set up right for multiplayer). Overall though, I found the game to be pretty boring...

Ghostbusters is a great game. If you are a fan of the movie, don't hesitate.

I love the style of the graphics. Did you see what the original version of Borderlands looked like? It looked like EVERY OTHER brown FPS game out there. At least they tried something new and interesting. My only complaint is I wish there were higher-resolution textures.

Steam has a function to verify the integrity of game files. Right click on a game and click "properties" iirc (sorry not at my home comp right now).

I'm running the Steam version on Windows 7 64-bit and 5.1 sound on a Soundblaster X-Fi card. There were a couple of times where I ran into stability issues. I couldn't run it for more than 20 minutes without a crash. I found that if I exit Steam and restart it, it remains stable. Might have...

Ooh nice. Are those common? Is that type of bonus only available for one class? I'm just at the part where you get access to class mods so I don't know much about them yet.

I'm at level 17 and I found a pretty decent one. 35 damage, fire element, and the clip holds 50 rounds! I actually found 2 identical ones. I'm hanging on to the other one to give away to the next person who complains about lack of good rifles :)

I reached level 16 with my soldier and finally got a rocket launcher. Holy crap are those fun to use! The best part is, with the turret's ammo regeneration, you regenerate rockets faster than you can shoot them! The turret just got 50 times cooler :cool:

Put it after the last "Bindings=. . . . " entry. This goes in the [WillowGame.WillowPlayerInput] section, NOT the [Engine.PlayerInput] section. I screwed this up initially until I looked closer. I have the steam version as well.

It worked for me. Be sure to put that line in the willowgame.willowplayerinput section. Its the last section iirc. I had it in the wrong spot initially.

Don't let the whiners ruin the game. It's going to be well worth the wait, and I am glad to support a good game/developer with my money. And to the whiners. . . for fuck's sake, Gearbox/2K Games made this game and they can sell it when they want to. The release date has been set at Oct...
