Main rig has a Corsair HX850 that's about eight years old - it replaced a Cooler Master 700W after it let the magic smoke out. Before that I was using a custom PC Power & Cooling 510W from 2002 that was one of two running in parallel in a phase change system. I still have it, actually. Works...

Yeah, this CPU has done me well! 4.3 isn't bad on Haswell-E, though - still a solid CPU. Does it just get too hot at 4.4/4.5, or is it a clock/voltage wall?

Bad news, X570 boards aren't compatible with 1st gen Ryzen chips. Puts a wrench in this plan, as I had been considering something similar.

Looks pretty good! Not many 27" panels with both IPS and 144Hz, and wide range Freesync support is nice too. A few reviews online seem to be positive, such as this one from HotHardware.

Yep, it's amazing how long displays last. I used a ~$400 20" Dell LCD for about 10 years before it finally gave up the ghost. I added a ~$500 24" HP about halfway through that time and ran with a dual monitor setup. When the 20" Dell died, what did I do? I replaced it with a used 30" Dell...
