The 6850 is about a 40% increase in performance over the 5770 due to better optimised (and more) unified shaders(960 vs 800), almost twice as much memory bandwidth (128 vs 76 GB/s), more ROPs (32 vs 16), and more TMUs (48 vs 40)

Okay, well $175 is doable, so I'll go with the HD 6850. My next question is, will my PSU still be usable or should I get something with a little more wattage? Perhaps the 520C

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc HTPC capable of streaming netflix, hulu, etc. Watching and ripping Blu-ray. Some Gaming such as WoW and SWTOR (low settings are fine as long as they play) 2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included...
