if you go to the street view page you can actually click forward through the turn, and spin around and look at the chase cars
they def put a streetview camera on the roof of a car during the practice run - there is no way someone could have taken those otherwise, and no way its on camera...
just as a side note to this - i popped on here because last night when i setup folding on my 4890 my sapphire 4890 started to make a squealing sound - caught me off guard, but i noticed when the card was over 80% load according to the CCC, and as soon as i turned folding off the squeal went...

is one quick link i can find that goes over this issue - its the Publishers responsability to get the release for commercial use, the photographer was not reproducing the image for commercial use and therefore didnt need one - but virgin did
