Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I think trying to install some Gigabyte MB apps has corrupted my recent W10 install on a new build. I am only getting a blinking cursor upon boot. My W10 was a W7 upgrade, and I don't have a boot disk yet. Is there a way to force safe mode or recover from this short of a format/reinstall...

I don't think its that popular overall. However, many of those who don't overclock probably don't know the option exists and wouldn't even think to advertise it as "never overclocked". So yeah, I would be suspicious of those listings.
Went ahead and bought the Vibrant. Love it so far.
GPS is indeed lousy compared to my garmin and I'm guessing other phones, but it's functional as a backup. And with Samsung releasing a statement that a fix would be out in Sept, that was good enough for me to dive in.
well, maybe notorious is the wrong word, but it's certainly a dealkiller for anyone who values GPS performance. It certainly isn't an isolated problem...I see huge angry threads on all the vibrant/galaxy s forums. Nothing will get the mainstream media's attention over anything an iPhone...
I am dying to get this phone...but waiting on samsung's fix for the notorious GPS issues. Although they say they're working on it, I just can't commit until I actually see it is released.
Are there a lot of negatives to doing this?
Shopping for a bigger monitor to be my primary alongside my current Dell 2007fpw. Was looking at the Dell U2410, but all the bitching on that thread has scared me off for now. Been looking into the option of using a 32in 1080p LCD TV for my...

You definitely know immediately upon completion of the test whether you passed/failed. CompTIA will then mail you your card and certificate (you still get some written proof at the time of the test, though).
This has been unchecked all along, which is another reason why I am somewhat confused.
Maybe it is in standby, but just won't wake. The PC fans stop though, and the fact that the power button recovers makes it seem like hibernate....dunno.

IMO the Dell lottery is worth it...
After being unhappy with the Samsung 206bw and the Acer 2216, I won the Dell lotto on my first try. The difference in picture quality in Windows is stunning. In games all the panels have looked pretty good to me. I can't speak of Dells PVA panel, but my...
