I run 3 monitors (1440 and 2x1080) and when running video on Twitch or YT fullscreen while a game is running, the game lags noticeably. Framerate doesn't drop that much, but it's very clearly causing unplayable lag. Is there a way to prevent or remedy this, or is it unavoidable?

RAM is stock. The only thing that leads me to believe it's not a bad OC is that I've played hundreds of hours in multiple other games with zero issues, seems weird that PoE would be one to cause a problem.
