So quick update, I had him disconnect all drives and try to get into BIOS as well as use the onboard gpu, still no go, most likely it's a dud motherboard, he already started the RMA process for that. I'll be able to test the PSU soon, and he gave me his ramsticks and GPU for me to test.
Well it can't even get into the UEFI menu, and I had him disconnect the SSD with windows on it, it should still display something on the screen even if there is no drive with an active boot sector. I highly doubt it is an issue with the windows installation, as it runs without a hitch once it's...
