    I don't think that the card is throttling per say (too hot = lower clock)... more like it's going at its default 2D clock for some reason? Are you playing Fallout 4 in window mode or in fullscreen mode?

    What I get out of that is that AMD decided to use 10 for desktop part and 11 for laptop part? That's why we have the Polaris 10 and the Vega 10 on one side and then we have the Polaris 11 (which is smaller and colder running) on the other side.... perhaps we will see a Vega 11 too.... who knows
