Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Just curious if the Hard Forums have a discord chat group. If not I can make one and post the link here. I started using it recently and like it a lot. The interface seems more user friendly than TeamSpeak and more options than Skype.
I was a part of three betas this last weekend. DOOM, Batleborn, and Overwatch. I have to say, I was blown away by Overwatch. Defiantly the most fun of the three and also felt like it was the most polished game. Ran smooth as butter. I can't wait for the full release and only for $40!
I am running a 780 Ti SLI setup and playing at 4K resolution.
I have been having a weird issue with The Witcher 3. I played for several weeks at 4K resolution with no problems. I had most of the settings set to low and was getting about 45-55 average FPS.
Then about a week ago the...
Ok I will make sure to elaborate better going forward. I could never complain with 4K gaming. I can't wait for a 120+ Hz 4k panel. I will be so broke.
edit: That capture card is sweet but pricey!! I'd rather get two 980 Ti's and take the small performance hit for using the H.264 encoder...
I'm not really trying to bitch or whine about it. I was just experimenting with running at 4K and capturing in 1440p; To see if it looked any better than running at 1440p and capturing at 1440p.
Well to wrap this issue up, a friend of mine showed me how to use afterburner a little better. We noticed the GPUs clocks were not anywhere close to being the same. We used nvidia inspector and noticed my newer card had a newer BIOS on it. So we copied it to my PC and used nvflash to flash my...
I have not. That was going to be my next troubleshoot test.
I'm not sure if I should test it alone in the PCI slot it is in now (slot 5) or in PCI slot 2 (The one I usually use when only using one card).
