    ThinkStation D10 tower reusable?

    I really like the ThinkStation cases (D10, D20, S10, S20) and I can buy a used one as a spare/temporary case that I sometimes need. I don't know if these cases will fit normal ATX boards or if the front panel USB ports are proprietary to Lenovo's motherboards. Anyone have experience with these?
