    Turns out It's just one page from one site that happens to be giving me issue. Stupid mobile pop up ads. No matter what browser I use, I get the same thing popping up, even with adguard from the sites home page. All the other pages work perfectly fine.

    So I fat fingered an ad and the site/pop up hijacked my chrome and was like "we're spying on you and we'll destroy your sim card and contacts. Click ok to see how to stop it." So i force closed it and the only way to get it back was to completely disable and "uninstall" chrome and re install it...
