I am running it on "Extra" effort. I was using Ultracode with Opus 5.0, but it says ultracode is just extra with workflows (which I don't use since they burn through tokens really fast)

You don't need to buy armor, join a group instead. The brittle skeles groups at lvl 5-8 you'll get cloth drops all the time that will deck your guy out.
