Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
screw that 6400 dood. why not.....its only 100 and you get double the cache, and probably 500 mghz out of it. and "you wont notice a difference in day 2 day operation" yes NOW DAYS. Wait until DX10 comes out. You'll hate youreslf for buying that stupid 6400. by then that 4mb of cache will come...
honestly, thats a tough one, you'll need a spare mobo, proc, and ram to test each one individually. other than that.......there's really NO WAY to be sure. trust me i've tried. you'll hate yourself. see if you have a willing friend with some loaner stuff to get some trouble shootin done.
i checked wikipedia and this is what it said:

The E4300 will be released in the 1st...
Isn't that one of the "conroe" xeons? whats the difference between the E6XXX line and the Xeon? which one would be better to buy? this one is cheap only $400 for 2ghz 4mb cache, 1333 fsb?
dood really i have the same setup just without the top fan and i've found it works good, but really it depends. but also changing stuff around probably wont do much maybe +/- 1-2 degrees. air cooling has itsl imits and really the difference could be in ambient temperatures.
My brothers asus k8NFE-Deluxe motherboard sucks. It has more problems than i've ever seen on any motherboard i've owned. I need to know a replacement board to stop these problems, billions of bluescreens, random crashes form memory controller, its just a bad board, it craps up installing...
