    Gonna try the omegas now, but yeah I'm thinking I'm gonna do a format. It's just that I have this computer set up so perfectly right now. argg edit: I got it working now! I forced JA2 to run with a refresh rate of 70hz instead of 60hz using ultramon and it worked fine.

    I've figured out that this happens anytime the video card goes into a 640x480 resolution. This can be game or desktop. However, it doesnt look like the video card wants me to change to 640x480 via control panel. The only way it even goes into 640x480 for a moment is with an ultramon setting...
