My E6320 with P6N Platinum has the same result. I maxed out all the voltages except for CPU and memory but it can not go over 440 FSB. I don't know if it's the mobo or the CPU's that hits the FSB wall. Don't have another mobo to test.
My P6N Plantinum cannot run higer than 450 FSB with E6320. At 450 FSB, it can't boot into Windows. At higer than 450 it can't even post. I tried different beta bios but it didn't help. I read some reviews saying this board can go 500. Is it true? I really want to test how high my E6320 can go.
